Digital Champions — Live Voting Game
Let a training room vote for its own digital champions — live, on their phones, in under five minutes.
Digital Champions turns peer recognition into a five-minute game. The trainer opens a room on the projected laptop; every participant scans the QR code or types the six-character room code on their own phone and enters their name. Nobody creates an account and nothing is installed — the room exists only for that session and is deleted afterwards.
When the trainer presses Start, every device switches to voting mode with the same synced countdown. Each participant has a set number of votes (three by default) and taps the names of the people who helped the group most with digital skills during the training. Votes can be changed freely until the timer runs out — only the final selection counts — and running totals stay hidden so nobody is influenced by an early lead.
When time is up the room locks on every device. The trainer presses Reveal, and the leaderboard appears everywhere at once with the top champions highlighted — ties share a rank, so a shared second place stays a shared second place. The trainer can project the leaderboard full-screen, reset the votes to run another round with the same group, or export a CSV of the ranking for the workshop report.
It is built for real training rooms in Myanmar: the whole interface is in Burmese by default with a one-tap English switch, the phone screens are designed for one-handed use on small devices, and the connection recovers on its own when a phone drops off weak mobile data or a participant locks their screen mid-round.
