Live Word Cloud

A word cloud is the quickest opener there is. Ask “in one word, what does protection mean to you?”, and within a minute the projector is showing what the whole room actually thinks — including the words you did not expect. The size of each word is simply how many people typed it.

You choose how many words each person may add (one keeps it focused, three works well for brainstorming) and how long a word can be. Answers can be changed until you close the activity, so a participant who thinks of a better word is not stuck with their first attempt.

The cloud runs in the same room as EMPO's other live activities — polls, ratings, dot voting, Q&A — so one join code carries a whole session. Everything is phone-first, recovers on its own from a dropped connection, and leaves no personal data behind when the room closes.
