Live Poll — Ask the Room

A live poll is the fastest way to turn a quiet room into a conversation. You write one question and up to ten answers, press Open, and every phone in the room shows the same big buttons. Nobody signs up for anything: the room exists for the length of your session and is deleted afterwards.

You decide whether the room sees the results as they arrive or only when you reveal them. Hiding the bars until the end keeps early answers from steering the rest of the group — useful when the question is about opinions, risk or anything where people look at each other before deciding.

The poll shares its room with the other EMPO live activities, so you can run a poll, then a word cloud, then a Q&A wall without anybody rejoining. Everything is designed for small phone screens on weak mobile data, and the results download as a CSV for your workshop report.
