Q&A Wall — Live Audience Questions
Collect questions from the room and let the group vote the best ones to the top.
The hands that go up at the end of a session are rarely the hands with the best questions. A Q&A wall lets everybody type theirs the moment they think of it, and lets the room decide which ones are worth the remaining ten minutes — so the quiet half of the group gets a vote on the agenda too.
Anonymous mode hides who asked, which matters when the subject is safeguarding, pay, or anything a junior colleague would not ask out loud. Each person can upvote a question once and take the vote back, so the ranking reflects how many people want an answer, not how fast they tapped.
With moderation switched on, nothing reaches the projector until you approve it — useful with a mixed audience or a livestreamed session. You can mark a question answered as you go, hide anything off-topic, and export the whole wall as CSV when the room closes.
