Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund window on paid courses, with a few common-sense exceptions below. If something feels off, write to us first — most issues are easier to fix than to refund.
What's covered
This policy applies to paid courses on EMPO Academy purchased from this site. Free courses, gift codes, and instructor payouts are not refundable through this policy.
When you can request a refund
Within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation, provided you have not completed more than 25 percent of the course content and have not been issued a certificate.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued, after you have viewed more than 25 percent of the course lessons, on courses purchased with a coupon for 80 percent or more off, or on bundled enrollments where individual courses cannot be separated.
How to request a refund
Email contact@academy.empomm.com from the same email address you used to enroll. Include your order ID, the course title, and a one-line reason. We respond within one business day and process approved refunds back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What happens to the instructor's share
If a refund is approved within the window, the instructor's earnings for that enrollment are reversed in the same cycle. Refunds beyond the window (rare, case-by-case) are funded by EMPO Academy and do not affect the instructor's earnings.
