For learners
Everything you need to enroll, learn, and prove what you learned.
1. Create an account
Register with email and a password, or click Continue with Google / Continue with Facebook on the login page. Sign-in via Google / Facebook auto-creates your account on first use — no extra steps.
2. Find a course
Visit the catalog. Filter by category, price, instructor, or search the title / description. Each course card shows the price (or Free), number of modules, number of students, and a sample preview lesson if the instructor offers one.
3. Enroll
Click into a course. If the course is paid, you’ll see the accepted payment methods (KBZ Pay, Wave Money, bank transfer). Submit proof of payment and an admin confirms within a day — you’ll get an in-app + email notification when access unlocks. Free courses unlock immediately.
4. Take the course
Once enrolled, find your courses under Dashboard → My Courses or pick up where you left off from the Continue learning card.
- Lessons are built from blocks: text, video, image, callout, divider, knowledge check, quiz, assignment, downloadable resource, link button. Mark each lesson complete as you go.
- Quizzes grade automatically for multiple-choice and true/false. Short-answer questions are reviewed by your instructor.
- Assignments accept text + file uploads; your instructor reviews and leaves feedback.
- Q&A: ask the instructor a question right from the course page (only enrolled students can post).
5. Earn your certificate
When your completion hits 100%, EMPO Academy automatically issues a signed, verifiable certificate of completion. Find it under Profile → Achievements, or download a PDF from the certificate page. Every cert has a QR code linking to a public verification page that confirms authenticity — how that works.
6. Track your money + skills
- Profile → Wallet: lifetime spent across courses, month-by-month timeline of enrollments
- Profile → Achievements: every certificate + stackable badges (e.g. First step, On a roll, Scholar)
- Profile → Saved: courses you bookmarked but haven’t bought yet
