The badges

• First step— enrolled in your first course
• Course complete— completed your first course
• On a roll— completed three courses
• Scholar— completed ten courses
• Voice heard— left your first review
• Instructor— published your first course
• Building momentum— five students enrolled in your courses
• Reaching many— fifty students enrolled in your courses

Where to see them

Profile → Achievementsshows everything you’ve earned (and what’s locked, in grayscale). Each badge has its earn-rule shown on hover.

Public visibility

Instructors’ Teaching badges show on their public profile by default. Learning badges are hidden unless the instructor opts in (toggle on Profile → Account → Show learning badges on public profile).
