U Soe Moe Kyaw is a project management trainer for this training program. He has over 17 years of experience in project management and more than 7 years of experience in delivering trainings—particularly in Project Management for Development Professionals (Project DPro) and Results-Based Management, community development and cash and voucher assistance.

He served as the focal person for rolling out project management training at one international NGO (INGO), and he continues to provide project management training to other INGOs and local NGOs as a consultant and trainer. Throughout his career, he has held various project management positions in several INGOs and United Nations organizations.

Currently, he is working as a project management consultant at an INGO, contributing to project implementation and proposal development processes.

U Soe Moe Kyaw holds a Master of Community Development Studies from the Myanmar Institute of Theology, Yangon (2015). He also holds certifications in APMG PMD Pro Level 1, Results-Based Management, and several other relevant areas.
